국가유산영향진단법 제26조(비밀유지의 의무)

영향진단등 대상 개발계획 또는 건설공사의 사업자, 진단기관의 임직원 또는 그 직에 있었던 사람, 진단보고서의 검토과정에 참여한 관계 전문가나 전문가였던 사람 또는 관계 전문기관의 임직원이나 임직원이었던 사람은 영향진단등과 관련하여 직무상 취득한 비밀을 다른 사람에게 누설하거나 도용(盜用)하여서는 아니 된다.
