국가유산영향진단법 제25조(권한의 위임과 위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 국가유산청장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 시ㆍ도지사 또는 소속기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>
