국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제50조(임금에 대한 압류의 금지)

① 국가유산수리업자등이 도급받은 국가유산수리에 관한 도급 금액 중 그 국가유산수리(하도급한 국가유산수리를 포함한다)에 종사한 근로자에게 지급하여야 할 임금에 상당하는 금액에 대하여는 압류할 수 없다. <개정 2022.1.18, 2023.8.8>
