국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제5조의2(국가유산수리 제한의 예외)

제5조제1항 본문에도 불구하고 국가유산수리에 「전기공사업법」에 따른 전기공사, 「정보통신공사업법」에 따른 정보통신공사, 「소방시설공사업법」에 따른 소방시설공사, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공사가 포함되는 경우에는 국가유산수리업자와 해당 공사를 시공하는 업종을 등록한 자가 함께 수리하여야 한다. 다만, 제2조제1호다목에 해당하는 국가유산수리는 해당 공사를 시공하는 업종을 등록한 자가 단독으로 수리할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8, 2024.10.22>
