국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제42조(국가유산수리협회의 설립)

① 국가유산수리업자등은 품위의 유지, 기술의 향상 등 국가유산수리등과 관련된 사업의 건전한 발전과 공제사업 등을 위하여 국가유산수리협회를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8>

③ 국가유산수리협회는 주된 사무소에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

④ 국가유산수리협회의 회원 자격과 임원에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정하며, 필요에 따라 지회나 분회를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8>
