국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제34조의2(국가유산수리업자등의 손해배상책임을 위한 보험 또는 공제의 가입)

① 국가유산수리업자등이 업무를 수행할 때 고의 또는 과실로 해당 국가유산수리등의 목적물 또는 제3자에게 재산상의 손해를 입힌 경우에는 그 손해를 배상할 책임이 있다.

② 국가유산수리업자등은 제1항에 따른 손해배상책임을 보장하기 위하여 보험 또는 공제에 가입하여야 한다. 이 경우 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 국가유산수리업자등의 보험 또는 공제 가입에 따른 비용을 도급비용에 계상하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 보험 또는 공제의 기간ㆍ종류ㆍ대상 및 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
