국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제94조의13(국민참여단의 운영)

① 위원장은 법 제74조의5제1항 각 호의 사항에 관한 보훈심사위원회의 심의 과정에 5명 이상 9명 이하의 단원을 선정하여 참여하게 할 수 있다.

② 위원장은 단원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 보훈심사위원회의 심의 과정에 참여하는 단원으로 선정해서는 안 된다.

③ 단원은 제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 보훈심사위원회에 그 사실을 알리고 보훈심사위원회의 심의 과정에 참여하지 않아야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따라 보훈심사위원회의 심의 과정에 참여한 단원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당 및 교통비를 지급할 수 있다.
