Enforcement Decree of the Act on Honorable Treatment and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State, Article 100 (Mutatis Mutandis Application to Persons with Disabilities)

법 제5조제5항ㆍ제6항, 제12조제2항 및 제15조의2제3항에 따른 장애인에 대해서는 제1장제2절(제13조제2항은 제외한다)을 준용하여 신체검사를 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.6.27, 2023.6.13>
