국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제16조의2(요양지원 보조금 지급 신청)

① 영 제84조의3제2항에 따라 요양지원에 대한 보조금을 신청하려는 사람(이하 이 조에서 "보조금수급희망자"라 한다)은 별지 제53호서식의 요양지원 보조금 지급 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관할 청장 또는 지청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2023.9.5, 2025.4.18>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 관할 청장 또는 지청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 보조금수급희망자 및 그 가구원의 주민등록표 등본 등 별표 5의2의 서류를 확인해야 한다. 다만, 보조금수급희망자 또는 그 가구원이 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 그 서류를 제출하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2023.9.5, 2025.4.18>

③ 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 관할 청장 또는 지청장은 요양지원 보조금 지급 신청서를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 신청인에게 요양지원 보조금 지급 여부에 관한 사항을 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 소득ㆍ재산 등의 조사에 장기간이 걸리는 등 불가피한 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
