국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제5조(위원의 임기)

① 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

② 위원이 결원되었을 때에는 결원된 날부터 60일 이내에 새로 임명하거나 위촉하되, 그 임기는 임명 또는 위촉된 날부터 계산한다.

(2) Where웨어 a어 member멤버 position퍼지션 becomes비컴즈 vacant,^v베이컨트 a어 new누 member멤버 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 within위^ð딘 60 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 vacancy,^v베이컨시 and앤드 the^ð더 term텀 shall섈 be비 counted카운티드 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 appointment어포인트먼트 or오 commissioning.커미셔닝
