국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(국가교육발전계획에 따른 국가교육시행계획의 이행상황 점검 및 결과 공개)

① 관계행정기관의장등은 법 제11조제6항에 따라 전년도 추진실적을 작성하여 그 다음 연도 1월 31일까지 국가교육위원회에 제출해야 한다.

② 국가교육위원회는 제1항에 따라 제출받은 추진실적에 대한 점검을 실시하고 그 점검결과를 추진실적을 제출받은 해의 3월 31일까지 관계행정기관의장등에게 통보해야 하며, 이를 국가교육위원회 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시해야 한다.

③ 국가교육위원회는 법 제11조제7항에 따라 국가교육시행계획의 이행상황을 점검하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계행정기관의장등에게 관련 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
