국가과학기술자문회의법 제5조(회의)

① 과학기술자문회의의 회의는 전원회의, 자문회의 및 심의회의로 구분한다.

(1) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Advisory애드^v바이저^r리 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 divided디^v바이디드 into인투 plenary플레너^r리 meetings,미팅즈 advisory애드^v바이저^r리 meetings,미팅즈 and앤드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 meetings.미팅즈

② 전원회의는 과학기술자문회의 위원 전원으로 구성하며, 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다.

(2) The^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 meeting미팅 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 all올 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Advisory애드^v바이저^r리 Council카운슬 and앤드 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

③ 자문회의는 제3조제3항제1호의 위원 중 의장이 지명하는 20명 이하의 위원으로 구성하며, 제2조제1호의 기능을 수행한다.

(3) The^ð디 advisory애드^v바이저^r리 meeting미팅 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chair체어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 Article아터클 3 (3) 1, and앤드 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 functions^f펑크션즈 under언더 Article아터클 2, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1.

④ 심의회의는 제3조제3항제1호의 위원 중 의장이 지명하는 위원과 같은 항 제2호의 위원으로 하여 20명 이하로 구성하며, 제2조제2호의 기능을 수행한다.

(4) The^ð더 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 meeting미팅 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 consisting컨시스팅 of어^v브 members멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chair체어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 Article아터클 3 (3) 1 and앤드 members멤버즈 under언더 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 2 of어^v브 the^ð더 same세임 paragraph,패^r러그^r래^f프 and앤드 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 functions^f펑크션즈 under언더 Article아터클 2, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 2.

⑤ 과학기술자문회의의 전원회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결하며, 자문회의와 심의회의는 각 회의를 구성하는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) The^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð디 Advisory애드^v바이저^r리 Council카운슬 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present;프^r레전트 the^ð디 advisory애드^v바이저^r리 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð더 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 meeting미팅 shall섈 each이치 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 composing컴포우징 the^ð더 respective^r리스펙티^v브 meeting미팅 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 의장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 관계 기관의 장 또는 관계 전문가를 과학기술자문회의 전원회의 및 각 회의에 출석하게 하여 발언하게 할 수 있다.

(6) The^ð더 chair체어 may,메이 where웨어 deemed딤드 necessary,네서세^r리 have해^v브 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 agency에이전시 or오 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 expert엑스펏 attend어텐드 and앤드 speak스픽 at앳 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 meeting미팅 and앤드 each이치 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð디 Advisory애드^v바이저^r리 Council.카운슬

⑦ 전원회의, 자문회의 및 심의회의는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회의의 일시ㆍ장소, 안건명 및 회의결과 등이 기록된 회의록을 작성ㆍ보존하고 이를 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 공개하지 아니할 수 있다. <신설 2021.4.20>

(7) The^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 meeting,미팅 advisory애드^v바이저^r리 meeting,미팅 and앤드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 meeting미팅 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 keep킵 minutes미닛츠 recording^r러코딩 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 and앤드 place플레이스 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 title타이틀 of어^v브 the^ð디 agenda,어젠다 and앤드 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting,미팅 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 and앤드 shall섈 disclose디스클로우즈 them.^ð뎀 However,하우에^v버 they^ð데이 need니드 not낫 be비 disclosed디스클로우즈드 in인 cases케이시즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 of어^v브 Article아터클 9 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Official어^f피실 Information인^f퍼메이션 Disclosure디스클로우저 Act.액트

⑧ 과학기술자문회의 전원회의 및 각 회의의 구성, 소집 절차, 운영 및 심의에 관한 세부사항 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2021.4.20>
