국가과학기술 경쟁력 강화를 위한 이공계지원 특별법 시행령 제26조(과학기술 관련 방송프로그램 지원)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제23조제1항에 따라 방송사업자가 과학기술 분야의 방송프로그램을 적극 편성할 수 있도록 「방송통신발전 기본법」 제8조제1항에 따른 방송통신기본계획에 관련 내용을 반영하고 시행할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제23조제2항에 따라 과학기술 관련 사항을 전문편성하는 방송사업을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 과학기술정보통신부장관은 과학기술 관련 방송프로그램 발굴 및 제작을 위한 비용의 일부를 「방송통신발전 기본법」 제24조에 따른 방송통신발전기금으로 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
