국가과학기술 경쟁력 강화를 위한 이공계지원 특별법 시행령 제24조(이공계인력 수급 프로그램에 대한 지원)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제21조제1항 각 호의 프로그램(이하 이 조에서 "프로그램"이라 한다)을 시행하거나 시행하려는 대학을 선정하여 지원하려는 경우에는 지원목적, 선정기준, 지원내용 및 신청방법 등을 미리 공고하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 공고에 따라 지원을 받으려는 대학은 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 프로그램 시행계획서를 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제21조제1항에 따라 프로그램의 시행에 드는 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
