국가공무원 명예퇴직수당 등 지급 규정 제2조(적용범위)

「국가공무원법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제2항의 경력직공무원에 대한 법 제74조의2제1항에 따른 명예퇴직수당 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 수당(이하 "조기퇴직수당"이라 한다)과 법 제2조제3항의 특수경력직공무원 중 법 제74조의3제1항에 따른 별정직공무원의 자진퇴직에 따른 수당(이하 "자진퇴직수당"이라 한다)의 지급은 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 이 영에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
