국가공간정보 기본법 제35조의5(보고 및 조사)

① 관리기관의 장은 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 국가정보원장과의 협의를 거쳐 전문기관에 대하여 보안심사 업무에 관하여 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 조사를 하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 조사를 하는 경우에는 조사 3일 전까지 조사 일시ㆍ목적ㆍ내용 등에 관한 계획을 조사 대상자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우나 사전에 조사 계획이 알려지면 조사 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 제1항에 따라 조사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 이를 내보여야 한다.
