국가공간정보 기본법 제35조의4(보안심사 전문기관의 지정취소 등)

① 관리기관의 장은 전문기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 국가정보원장과 협의한 후 전문기관의 지정을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 업무의 전부 또는 일부의 정지를 명하거나 시정명령 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 및 제2호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

② 전문기관의 지정취소, 업무정지 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 국가정보원장과의 협의를 거쳐 대통령령으로 정한다.
