국가공간정보 기본법 시행령 제22조(공간정보의 공개)

①관리기관의 장은 법 제33조제1항 본문에 따라 작성한 공간정보의 공개목록을 해당 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지와 법 제25조에 따른 국가공간정보센터(이하 "국가공간정보센터"라 한다)를 통하여 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2013.11.22, 2015.6.1>

② 국토교통부장관은 법 제33조제2항에 따라 공개목록 중 활용도가 높은 공간정보의 목록을 국가공간정보센터를 통하여 공개하고, 관리기관의 장에게 요청하여 해당 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지를 통하여 공개하도록 하여야 한다. <신설 2013.11.22, 2015.6.1>
