국가경찰과 자치경찰의 조직 및 운영에 관한 법률 제14조제10항에 따른 긴급하고 중요한 사건의 범위 등에 관한 규정 제3조(수사지휘의 방식)

① 경찰청장은 법 제14조제6항 단서에 따라 국가수사본부장에게 개별 사건의 수사에 대한 구체적 지휘를 하는 경우에는 서면으로 지휘해야 한다.

② 경찰청장은 제1항에도 불구하고 서면 지휘가 불가능하거나 현저히 곤란한 경우에는 구두나 전화 등 서면 외의 방식으로 지휘할 수 있다. 이 경우 사후에 신속하게 서면으로 지휘내용을 송부해야 한다.
