Special Act on Disclosure of Information by Education-Related Institutions, Article 5 (Information Subject to Public Announcement by Elementary and Secondary Schools, etc.)

① 초ㆍ중등교육을 실시하는 학교의 장은 그 기관이 보유ㆍ관리하고 있는 다음 각 호의 정보를 매년 1회 이상 공시하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 학교의 장은 공시된 정보(이하 "공시정보"라 한다)를 교육감에게 제출하여야 하고, 교육부장관 또는 국가교육위원회는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 공시정보와 관련된 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2021.7.20>
