교육관련기관의 정보공개에 관한 특례법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 교육관련기관이 보유ㆍ관리하는 정보의 공개의무와 공개에 필요한 기본적인 사항을 정하여 국민의 알권리를 보장하고 학술 및 정책연구를 진흥함과 아울러 학교교육에 대한 참여와 교육행정의 효율성 및 투명성을 높이기 위하여 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」에 대한 특례를 규정함을 목적으로 한다.
