교육공무원 승진규정 제42조(명부의 작성권자)

①명부작성권자는 임용권자 또는 임용제청권자중에서 교육부장관이 지정한다. 다만, 국가교육위원회 소속 교육공무원에 대한 명부작성권자는 국가교육위원회위원장이 된다. <개정 2001.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2023.3.28>
