교육공무원법 제16조(신체검사)

교육공무원을 신규채용할 때에는 신체검사를 하여야 하며, 임용권자나 임용제청권자는 신체검사 합격기준에 미달하는 사람을 임용하거나 임용제청하여서는 아니 된다. 이 경우 신체검사에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
