광업법 제68조(토지 출입권 및 사용권)

광업권자나 조광권자는 광업상 급박한 위험을 방지하기 위하여 필요할 때에는 즉시 타인의 토지에 들어가거나 토지를 사용할 수 있다. 이 경우 광업권자나 조광권자는 지체 없이 토지의 소유자와 점유자에게 알려야 한다.
