광업법 제49조(조광권의 존속기간)

①조광권의 존속기간은 그 채굴권의 존속기간과 같다. 다만, 채굴권자와 조광권자가 되려는 자 사이의 협의에 따른 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2010.1.27>
