광산안전법 제7조(안전교육)

① 광업권자 또는 조광권자는 광산근로자를 대상으로 작업 개시 전에 다음 각 호의 내용이 포함된 안전교육을 실시하여야 한다.

② 광업권자 또는 조광권자, 광산근로자 및 광산안전관리직원은 대통령령으로 정하는 전문기관이 실시하는 안전교육을 이수하여야 한다.

(2) A어 mining마이닝 right^r라잇 holder호울더 or오 lease리스 right^r라잇 holder,호울더 mine마인 workers,워커즈 and앤드 mine마인 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 staff스태^f프 shall섈 complete컴플릿 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 provided프^r러^v바이디드 by바이 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institution인스티투션 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 광업권자 또는 조광권자는 광산근로자와 광산안전관리직원이 전문기관의 교육을 이수할 수 있도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

④ 광업권자 또는 조광권자, 제2항의 전문기관은 안전교육에 관한 기록을 해당 교육이 종료한 날부터 5년간 보존하여야 한다.

⑤ 제2항에 따른 안전교육의 교육과정과 이수시간 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
