관세법 제310조(조사 결과의 보고)

① 세관공무원은 조사를 종료하였을 때에는 관세청장이나 세관장에게 서면으로 그 결과를 보고하여야 한다.

② 세관공무원은 제1항에 따른 보고를 할 때에는 관계 서류를 함께 제출하여야 한다.
