관세법 제301조(신변 수색 등)

① 세관공무원은 범죄사실을 증명하기에 충분한 물품을 피의자가 신변(身邊)에 은닉하였다고 인정될 때에는 이를 내보이도록 요구하고, 이에 따르지 아니하는 경우에는 신변을 수색할 수 있다.
