관세법 제183조(보세창고)

① 보세창고에는 외국물품이나 통관을 하려는 물품을 장치한다.

② 운영인은 미리 세관장에게 신고를 하고 제1항에 따른 물품의 장치에 방해되지 아니하는 범위에서 보세창고에 내국물품을 장치할 수 있다. 다만, 동일한 보세창고에 장치되어 있는 동안 수입신고가 수리된 물품은 신고 없이 계속하여 장치할 수 있다.

③ 운영인은 보세창고에 1년(제2항 단서에 따른 물품은 6개월) 이상 계속하여 제2항에서 규정한 내국물품만을 장치하려면 세관장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 승인을 받은 보세창고에 내국물품만을 장치하는 기간에는 제161조와 제177조를 적용하지 아니한다.
