관세법 시행령 제271조(벌금 또는 추징금의 예납신청 등)

①법 제311조제2항의 규정에 의하여 벌금 또는 추징금에 상당한 금액을 예납하고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서를 관세청장 또는 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 예납금을 받은 관세청장 또는 세관장은 그 보관증을 예납자에게 교부하여야 한다.

③관세청장 또는 세관장은 제2항의 규정에 의하여 보관한 예납금으로써 예납자가 납부하여야 하는 벌금 또는 추징금에 상당하는 금액에 충당하고 잔금이 있는 때에는 지체없이 예납자에게 환급하여야 한다.
