관세법 시행령 제265조(무기등 관리 의무)

① 관세청장은 법 제267조에 따른 무기 등(이하 "무기등"이라 한다)의 안전한 사용, 관리 및 사고예방을 위하여 그 무기등의 사용, 관리, 보관 및 해당 시설 등에 대한 안전기준을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2025.2.28>

② 관세청장이나 세관장은 무기등이 사용된 경우 사용 일시ㆍ장소ㆍ대상, 현장책임자, 종류 및 수량 등을 기록하여 보관하여야 한다. <개정 2025.2.28>
