관세법 시행령 제261조(수출입신고대상 우편물)

1. 법령에 따라 수출입이 제한되거나 금지되는 물품

4. 가공무역을 위하여 우리나라와 외국간에 무상으로 수출입하는 물품 및 그 물품의 원ㆍ부자재
