관세법 시행령 제259조의3(수출입 안전관리 우수업체의 공인절차 등)

① 법 제255조의2제1항에 따라 수출입 안전관리 우수업체(이하 "수출입안전관리우수업체"라 한다)로 공인받으려는 자는 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관세청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2022.2.15>

② 법 제255조의2제5항에 따라 공인을 갱신하려는 자는 공인의 유효기간이 끝나는 날의 6개월 전까지 신청서에 제1항 각 호에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 관세청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2016.2.5, 2022.2.15>

③ 관세청장은 공인을 받은 자에게 공인을 갱신하려면 공인의 유효기간이 끝나는 날의 6개월 전까지 갱신을 신청하여야 한다는 사실을 해당 공인의 유효기간이 끝나는 날의 7개월 전까지 휴대폰에 의한 문자전송, 전자메일, 팩스, 전화, 문서 등으로 미리 알려야 한다. <신설 2016.2.5>

(3) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Customs커스텀즈 Service서^v비스 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 certification,서터^f퍼케이션 by바이 mobile모우블 text텍스트 message,메서지 e-mail,이-메일 fax,^f팩스 telephone,텔러^f폰 document,다큐멘트 or오 the^ð더 like,라이크 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 months먼^θ쓰 before비^f포 the^ð디 end엔드 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 validity^v벌리더티 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 the^ð더 certification,서터^f퍼케이션 that^ð댓 the^ð더 person퍼슨 must머스트 apply어플라이 for^f포 renewal^r리누얼 at앳 least리스트 six식스 months먼^θ쓰 before비^f포 the^ð디 end엔드 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 validity^v벌리더티 period피^r리어드 in인 order오더 to투 renew^r리누 the^ð더 certification.서터^f퍼케이션

④ 관세청장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우 안전관리기준을 충족하는 업체에 대하여 공인증서를 교부하여야 한다. <신설 2016.2.5>

⑤ 수출입안전관리우수업체에 대한 공인의 등급, 안전관리 공인심사에 관한 세부절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 관세청장이 정한다. 다만, 「국제항해선박 및 항만시설의 보안에 관한 법률」 등 안전관리에 관한 다른 법령과 관련된 사항에 대해서는 관계기관의 장과 미리 협의해야 한다. <개정 2016.2.5, 2022.2.15>
