Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 254 (Notification of Dismissal of Declarations)

세관장은 법 제250조제3항의 규정에 의하여 신고를 각하한 때에는 즉시 그 신고인에게 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 통지서를 송부하여야 한다.
