관세법 시행령 제233조(구비조건의 확인)

법 제226조제2항의 규정에 의한 허가ㆍ승인ㆍ표시 기타 조건(이하 이 조에서 "구비조건"이라 한다)의 구비를 요하는 물품에 대하여 관세청장은 주무부장관의 요청을 받아 세관공무원에 의하여 확인이 가능한 사항인지 여부, 물품의 특성 기타 수출입물품의 통관여건 등을 고려하여 세관장의 확인대상물품, 확인방법, 확인절차(관세청장이 지정ㆍ고시하는 정보통신망을 이용한 확인신청 등의 절차를 포함한다), 그 밖에 확인에 필요한 사항을 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2006.5.22>
