관세법 시행령 제213조(보세판매장의 관리 등)

①보세판매장의 운영인은 보세판매장에서 물품을 판매하는 때에는 판매사항ㆍ구매자인적사항 기타 필요한 사항을 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 기록ㆍ유지하여야 한다.

②관세청장은 보세판매장에서의 판매방법, 구매자에 대한 인도방법 등을 정할 수 있다.

③ 보세판매장 운영인은 법 제196조제1항제1호 본문에 따라 외국으로 반출되는 조건으로 판매한 물품이 외국으로 반출되지 않은 경우 관세청장이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 해당 물품을 회수할 수 있다. 다만, 천재지변, 여객기ㆍ여객선의 결항 등 세관장이 인정하는 불가피한 사유로 인하여 외국으로 반출되지 않은 물품(법 제96조제1항제1호에 따라 관세가 면제되는 물품으로 한정한다)은 회수하지 않는다. <신설 2026.2.27>

④세관장은 연 2회 이상 보세화물의 반출입량ㆍ판매량ㆍ외국반출현황ㆍ재고량 등을 파악하기 위하여 보세판매장에 대한 조사를 실시할 수 있다.

⑤관세청장은 보세화물이 보세판매장에서 불법적으로 반출되지 아니하도록 하기 위하여 반입ㆍ반출의 절차 기타 필요한 사항을 정할 수 있다.
