관세법 시행령 제213조의3(시내보세판매장의 현장인도 방법 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 213-3 (Methods of On-Site Delivery at Downtown Duty-Free Shops, etc.)

① 법 제196조의2제1항에 따른 시내보세판매장(이하 "시내보세판매장"이라 한다)에서 외국인에게 내국물품을 판매 현장에서 인도하려는 경우 시내보세판매장 운영인은 구매자의 여권과 항공권 등 출국에 관한 예약내용을 확인할 수 있는 자료를 확인해야 한다.

② 법 제196조의2제2항 전단에서 "물품 구매자의 출입국 관리기록 등대통령령으로 정하는 정보 또는 자료"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 것을 말한다.

③ 법 제196조의2제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 다음 각 호를 고려하여 관세청장이 정하는 사람을 말한다.
