관세법 시행령 제209조(보세전시장의 장치 제한 등)

①세관장은 필요하다고 인정되는 때에는 보세전시장안의 장치물품에 대하여 장치할 장소를 제한하거나 그 사용사항을 조사하거나 운영인으로 하여금 필요한 보고를 하게 할 수 있다.

②보세전시장에 장치된 판매용 외국물품은 수입신고가 수리되기 전에는 이를 사용하지 못한다.
