관세법 시행령 제192조의12(보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 회의)

① 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 매 회의마다 지명하는 재적위원 과반수 이상의 위원으로 구성하되, 지명되는 위원 중 제192조의10제2항제3호의 사람이 2분의 1 이상 포함되어야 한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Duty-Free두티-^f프^r리 Shop샵 System시스텀 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 members,멤버즈 being비잉 a어 majority머조^r러티 or오 more모 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 for^f포 each이치 meeting,미팅 and앤드 at앳 least리스트 one원 half해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 designated데지그네이티드 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 under언더 Article아터클 192-10 (2) 3.

③ 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 위원 중 공무원인 위원이 회의에 출석하지 못할 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 그가 소속된 기관의 다른 공무원으로 하여금 회의에 출석하여 그 직무를 대행하게 할 수 있다.

④ 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 심의ㆍ의결에서 제척된다.

(4) A어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Duty-Free두티-^f프^r리 Shop샵 System시스텀 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 excluded익스클루디드 from^f프^r럼 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 and앤드 decision디시전 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

⑤ 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 위원은 제4항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 스스로 해당 회의의 심의ㆍ의결에서 회피해야 한다.

(5) A어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Duty-Free두티-^f프^r리 Shop샵 System시스텀 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 voluntarily^v발런테^r럴리 withdraw위^ð드드^r로 from^f프^r럼 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 and앤드 decision디시전 at앳 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 meeting미팅 where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4).

⑥ 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 회의는 회의마다 구성되는 위원 과반수 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Duty-Free두티-^f프^r리 Shop샵 System시스텀 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 composed컴포우즈드 for^f포 each이치 meeting,미팅 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 보세판매장 제도운영위원회는 효율적인 운영을 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 행정기관의 장에게 자료 또는 의견의 제출 등을 요구할 수 있으며, 관계 공무원 또는 이해관계인 등의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

(7) Where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 efficient이^f피션트 operation,아퍼^r레이션 the^ð더 Duty-Free두티-^f프^r리 Shop샵 System시스텀 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Committee커미티 may메이 require^r리콰이어 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 to투 submit서브밋 data데이타 or오 opinions,어피니언즈 and앤드 may메이 hear히어 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 or오 interested인트^r러스티드 parties.파티즈

⑧ 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 회의에 출석한 공무원이 아닌 위원에 대해서는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다.

⑨ 제1항부터 제8항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보세판매장 제도운영위원회의 회의에 관하여 필요한 세부사항은 해당 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
