Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 182 (Declaration of Abnormalities in Goods)

①보세구역 또는 법 제155조제1항 단서의 규정에 의하여 보세구역이 아닌 장소에 장치된 물품에 이상이 있는 때에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신고서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2001.12.31>
