Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 178 (Dismantling, Cutting, and Other Work)

①법 제159조제2항의 규정에 의하여 해체ㆍ절단 등의 작업의 허가를 받고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
