관세법 시행령 제151조의2(재조사의 연기ㆍ중지ㆍ연장 등)
Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 151-2 (Postponement, Suspension, and Extension of Re-Investigation, etc.)
법 제128조제5항 후단(법 제118조제6항 및 제132조제4항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 재조사를 연기 또는 중지하거나 조사기간을 연장하는 경우에는 제139조의2제2항부터 제5항까지 및 제140조를 준용한다.
Article 139-2 (2) through (5) and Article 140 shall apply mutatis mutandis where a re-investigation is postponed or suspended or the investigation period is extended under the latter part of Article 128 (5) of the Act (including where applied mutatis mutandis under Articles 118 (6) and 132 (4) of the Act).
