관세법 시행령 제144조의6(관세심사위원회의 구성 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 144-6 (Composition of the Customs Review Committee, etc.)

① 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 납세자보호위원회에 관세심사위원회를 둔다. 이 경우 제1호나목의 위원회는 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 본부세관에 둔다.

⑥ 관세심사위원회는 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 제4항 각 호에 해당하는 관세심사위원회의 위원 중 위원장(관세청에 두는 관세심사위원회의 경우에는 관세청장을 말한다)이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
