관세법 시행령 제128조(용도외 사용 등의 승인)

Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 128 (Approval of Use for Other Purposes, etc.)

법 제107조제3항의 규정에 의한 세관장의 승인을 얻고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서에 당해 물품의 양도ㆍ양수에 관한 계약서의 사본을 첨부하여 그 물품의 관할지 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
