관세법 시행령 제101조(관세품목분류위원회의 회의)

①관세품목분류위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

②관세품목분류위원회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 매 회의마다 지정하는 14명 이상 16명 이하의 위원으로 구성하되, 제100조제2항제2호의 위원 2명 이상과 같은 항 제4호 또는 제5호의 위원 8명 이상이 포함되어야 한다. <신설 2007.4.5, 2019.2.12>

③관세품목분류위원회의 회의는 제2항에 따른 구성원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2007.4.5>

④ 관세품목분류위원회에서 법 제85조제2항제2호 또는 제3호에 따른 품목분류의 재심사를 심의하려는 경우로서 제2항에 따라 제100조제2항제4호 또는 제5호의 위원을 회의의 구성원으로 포함시키려는 경우에는 재심사의 대상인 품목분류의 사전심사 또는 품목분류의 변경을 심의할 때 출석하지 않은 위원을 회의의 구성원으로 포함시켜야 한다. <신설 2019.2.12>
