관광진흥개발기금법 제8조(기금의 수입과 지출)

① 기금의 수입은 제2조제2항 각 호의 재원으로 한다.

② 기금의 지출은 제5조에 따른 기금의 용도를 위한 지출과 기금의 운용에 따르는 경비로 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

(2) The^ð디 expenditures익스펜더처즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 expenditures익스펜더처즈 for^f포 the^ð더 uses유시즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 under언더 Article아터클 5 and앤드 expenses익스펜시즈 incurred인커드 in인 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드
