과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률 제31조의2(동일 명칭의 사용 금지)

① 이 법에 따른 연구기관이 아닌 자는 이 법에 따라 설립된 연구기관의 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.
