과학ㆍ수학ㆍ정보 교육 진흥법 제6조(연구시설의 이용)

① 교육기관은 과학ㆍ수학ㆍ정보에 관한 연구ㆍ실험 및 학습을 위하여 시설의 이용이 필요한 경우 국가, 지방자치단체, 국영ㆍ공영 기업체 및 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 출연이나 보조를 받는 기관 또는 단체에 대하여 그 시설의 이용을 요구할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 시설의 이용에 관한 요구를 받은 기관이나 단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 적극 협조하여야 한다.
