공탁법 제7조(이자 등의 보관)

지정된 은행이나 창고업자는 공탁물을 수령할 자가 청구하는 경우에는 공탁의 목적인 유가증권의 상환금, 이자 또는 배당금을 수령하여 이를 보관한다. 다만, 보증공탁(保證供託)을 할 때에 보증금을 대신하여 유가증권을 공탁한 경우에는 공탁자가 그 이자나 배당금을 청구할 수 있다.
