공탁규칙 제24조(기명식유가증권을 공탁하는 요건)
기명식(記名式)유가증권을 공탁하는 경우에는 공탁물을 수령하는 자가 즉시 권리를 취득할 수 있도록 유가증권에 배서(背書)를 하거나 양도증서를 첨부하여야 한다.
